New from Opeego

You already did the work.
Panels writes it up for the client.

The decisions are in a WhatsApp chat, the confirmations are in your inbox, and the client wants "the plan". Panels reads both and builds the page you would have spent an evening typing.

Send it as a link. Your client opens it on their phone — no app, no sign-up.

How it works

Three steps, and the first two take a minute.

1

Pick what you are making

An itinerary, a quote, an order summary. Preview any template with example data first.

2

Point it at the conversation

The WhatsApp export, the confirmations you forwarded, an Opeego session — or several at once.

3

Send the link

Panels pulls out the dates, codes, addresses and prices and lays them out as a page you can share.

Where the material comes from

It reads what you already have.

A WhatsApp export

Export the chat from your phone and upload it, .txt or .zip. Months of back-and-forth are fine.

Forwarded emails

Every account gets its own Panels address. Forward confirmations as they arrive and they wait there until you need them.

An Opeego session

Already running the project as a session? Build the panel straight from it.

Confirmations arrive in whatever language and format the supplier sends. Panels digs out the facts and leaves the marketing footer behind.

Who it's for

Travel agents

Travel agents

You plan the trip in chat and book it by email. When everything is confirmed, Panels turns both into the itinerary your client travels with.

Creative and digital agencies

Creative & digital agencies

Scope gets agreed in messages, one decision at a time. Panels reads the thread and drafts the priced proposal for you to check and send.

Architects and interior designers

Architects & designers

Supplier quotes, delivery dates and approvals pile up across chats and inboxes. Panels pulls them into one status page you can send.

Beyond summarising

Some panels go and find what your client asked for.

A client with a free day does not want a summary of the chat — they want something to do. Two templates go looking.

  • City discovery reads the city and date out of the conversation, then gathers events and attractions from several sources and ranks them.
  • Restaurant picks runs several searches and ranks by how many independent write-ups name the same place, with the sources shown.
  • Then it checks the shortlist: opening hours for that day, the address, the phone number.

What comes back is a recommendation, not a directory — a handful of picks, and why each one suits this group.

Sending it

One link, and you decide what is on it.

  • No account for the reader. Create a share link and send it. Remove it and access ends.
  • Rebuild it when you want to. Plans change: add the new confirmation as a source and regenerate the panel yourself. Nothing is republished behind your back, and the share link stays the same.
  • Four looks. Light, dark, a printed "paper" style, and a compact one for looking things up.
  • Three languages. English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Questions people ask

What exactly can I feed into a panel?

A WhatsApp chat export (.txt or .zip), emails you forward to your own Panels address, and Opeego sessions. Most panels use more than one — the group chat where the trip was decided, plus the confirmations that followed.

Does my client need an account to open it?

No. You create a share link and send it. They open it in a browser on any device — no app, no sign-up.

What happens when something changes after I have sent it?

Add the new confirmation as a source, or replace the old one, and regenerate the panel. It does not update on its own — you decide when to rebuild it. The share link does not change, so your client keeps using the one they already have.

Can I check it before the client sees it?

Always. A panel is private until you create a share link. Read it, add a missing source if something is thin, then share.

Is this the same thing as the Opeego app?

Separate products from the same company. The Opeego app is where you run a client project as a conversation; Panels is where a conversation becomes a document you can hand over. A panel can be built from an Opeego session, or from a WhatsApp export alone.

What languages does it speak?

English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese — and it reads conversations and emails in whatever language they arrive in.

It is sitting in a chat and an inbox. Give Panels ten minutes and get your evening back.
